TAL International Group, Inc. In November 2004, Klesch & Company purchased Transamerica Maritime Containers from Aegon N.V for $1.2 billion. Klesch & Company provided Aegon with an efficient disposal of a non-strategic asset. TAL is one of the world's largest maritime container lessors with 1 million TEU and market-leading infrastructure. Independent ownership has given the business new momentum and the resumption of its capital expenditure will allow it to reclaim its world leadership position. |
